Located in the Central Sudetes- the Table Mountains National Park is a unique, rock sculpture in the Polish scale. Its contemporary look the Table Mountains owe relatively young tectonic movements and erosion, which began in the Miocene and continue to the present day. They are one of the most attractive mountain ranges in Poland, built from highly fractured massifs, which created different kinds of rock mazes. The characteristic equating surfaces resulted from prolonged periods of tectonic calm before the next periods of uplift. They are located on three levels.

Forests cover about 90% of the park. Fauna is represented by deer, roe deer, wild boar, fox, squirrel and badger, marten, polecat, weasel and stoat.

In the area of the Table Mountains National Park and in its immediate vicinity there are set many attractive cycling routes. These routes provide access by bike to the most interesting parts of the Table Mountains.

In the Table Mountains National Park there are also designated areas where rock climbing is allowed, and during the winter the cross-country skiing runs are fixed.
